WHEN SHALL I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped on the next business day.

If you are located in Qatar, you will receive your order on the next business day. If you place your order before 12.00 noon (local time) you could opt for same day delivery for a small fee.

If you are located anywhere else in the world, expect your shipment to arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

If you are located in Qatar, your shipping costs are on us, unless you want same day delivery.

If you are ordering from anywhere else in the world, the shipping cost of your order will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for some reason you don’t, you can send it back to us within 10 days of receipt and you will get store credit or a refund. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging.

I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are trying to deliver your order as soon as possible, so we start processing orders the minute we receive them, on a first-come first-serve basis. For this reason, we usually cannot change or cancel orders (and this goes for any change you might want to make, item, quantity, shipping address etc.). I RECEIVED A GIFT FROM YOUR STORE. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Of course! You can exchange it for another item or store credit. You will only be charged for the shipping costs to and from our store to your door. For further information on how to exchange your item, please refer to our Exchanges & Returns Policy.

HOW CAN I OFFER ONE OF YOUR ITEMS AS A GIFT?

Every item comes in its own special packaging, ready to be offered as a gift, to yourself or a loved one.

Let us know during checkout if anything you purchased is a gift, so we can do the necessary. You can even add a special message that we will handwrite for you.

If you are not sure what to buy or you are looking for a last-minute present, we ‘ve got you covered. You can offer one of our digital gift cards that can be easily redeemed for items of choice. Find out more.

CAN I PURCHASE SEVERAL GIFTS ON THE SAME ORDER?

Yes, as long as they will be delivered to one shipping address. Right now we cannot ship to multiple addresses under one order.

Here is an idea: you can order multiple gifts and get them shipped to your door so you can personally offer them to your loved ones.

All handcrafted objects need love and care to maintain their beauty. If applicable, always follow the care instructions that come with each item to ensure they remain at their original state for as long as possible. For more information and advice, read our Product Care Instructions.

I LIKE SOMETHING THAT IS SOLD OUT. CAN I STILL GET IT?

We have a great range of artful objects but limited pieces. If you see something you like, buy it while it lasts. If it is already sold out you can add your name in the waiting list, so you are the first to get it once it is available again.

BESPOKE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

If you have seen an item from our designers that is currently not for sale on our site but you would like to purchase it, do let us know!

Also, many of our designers would love to hear your story and make something unique for you or a loved one. Please let us know if you are interested in a bespoke item and we will advise you accordingly.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

Enter your discount code to the coupon code field in your Shopping Cart and click “Apply” before you submit your order. The appropriate value will be deducted at checkout.

CAN I PHYSICALLY SEE THE ITEMS ANYWHERE?

We are an online store so the answer should be no. BUT, we are having occasional pop-up stores in various places. You can find out in advance if you sign up for our news and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE FINE JEWELRY?

Yes! You will receive a certification from the jeweler whose item you are buying, with all relevant information such as carats, clarity, color, metal etc. whenever applicable.
