We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for some reason you don’t, you can send it back to us within 15 days of receipt and you will get an exchange item or store credit. Refunds are being issued only in cases of defective items or issues resulting from mistakes on our side.

  • All ‘made to order’ or custom-made items,

GIFT EXCHANGE

You were lucky enough to be offered a gift from The Greek Art Company but it’s not your style? Don’t worry! 

You can exchange it for another item or store credit. You will only be charged for the shipping costs to and from our store to your door (if applicable). Let us know the details and we can help you find something you truly like. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Send us an email with your return request within 15 days of order receipt and please include your order number and proof of the date of receipt. (In case of a damaged/defective item, please send us a photo as well). 

  • You will receive an email confirming your return request and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange or store credit.

  • In case the reason for returning a product is due to our error, we undertake the shipment cost of return and we'll deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified, for free. Otherwise, shipping both ways is on you. In this case, you also have the option to request a refund onto the original payment method.

  • In any case, we will do our very best to make sure you are happy with the end result. 

THE FINE PRINT:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Once we have confirmed your return, we recommend that you send your package using a secure and traceable method and keep your proof of postage. This is just to make sure your return item will not be lost in the mail.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are getting a store credit or refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit or refund amount. 

  • For international orders, should your package be unclaimed or sent back to us, we may get store credit for the value of the products but all shipping charges, customs fees and taxes will be deducted from your store credit.

  • If, when we receive your returned item, we find that tags or parts are missing, it is marked, damaged, washed, used, stained and generally it is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange. If the return or exchange has been refused, we can send you back the said item and the shipping cost will be borne by you.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges when not authorized by us or to anyone who makes excessive returns.

  • Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months.
