We are open 7 days a week, excluding holidays. All orders with items in stock are shipped as soon as possible, in most cases on the next business day. Same day delivery is available within Qatar for a small fee.

Exception to the above are the bespoke items and made-to-order pieces. Please check the listing of each item to know their shipping times. 

If you would like your order to be delivered faster, please contact us and we can try to arrange an express delivery for you. Express deliveries will bear an additional cost that we will inform you about via email. 

QATAR

Shipping within Qatar is free and you will receive your order on the next business day.

There is also the option of same-day delivery, but you must place your order before 12.00 noon (local time). A flat fee of 40 QAR applies. 

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL 

At the moment we ship only to Qatar and some neighboring countries*, but we will start shipping to more destinations soon.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. The shipping cost of each order is calculated at checkout. Please note that because of COVID-19 logistics around the world have been affected, so there might be a delay in the delivery of your order.

All international deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. If no one is available to receive and sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a notification so that you can arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. Re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

Important: Please note that shipments to some countries may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which will have to be borne by the recipient. Please enquire with your country's customs office to know the approximate charge. 

Payment of these charges is made to the shipping agent upon delivery of the order. If the total charge is not paid at delivery, your order will be returned to us and you will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELATION

We process your orders as soon as we receive them. For this reason, we cannot cancel or change orders (especially regarding item, quantity, shipping address etc.). However, if you have any doubts about your order, please contact us immediately, in case we still haven’t left the door. 

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGE

Sometimes, despite one’s hard efforts, packages can arrive to you damaged or get lost in transit. We have selected a reputable courier service (DHL Express) to ensure that this happens rarely or it doesn’t at all. In the unfortunate situation that it does, please contact us so that we handle the matter together and in the best way possible.
