Polymeric clay is a durable and flexible material, but that doesn't mean it does not need to be handled with care. It is recommended that you keep your jewelry in their boxes to protect them from light and dust. Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chlorinated water, sea water and any sort of chemicals.

To clean your polymeric clay jewelry, you can use a mild soap and a soft cloth. For the white parts, you could also use demake-up solution and then rinse the area with a cotton pad soaked in water.

SHIPPING
We are open 7 days a week, excluding holidays. All orders with items in stock are shipped as soon as possible, in most cases on the next business day. Exception are the bespoke items and made-to-order pieces that have different shipping times.

QATAR
Shipping within Qatar is free and you will receive your order on the next business day.
There is also the option of same-day delivery, but you must place your order before 12.00 noon (local time). A flat fee of 40 QAR applies.

GCC
At the moment we ship only to Qatar and the neighboring Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, but we will start shipping to more destinations soon.
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. For orders over 1000 QAR, shipping is free. For all other orders, there is a flat shipping cost of 99 QAR, that will be added to your total cost at checkout.

RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for some reason you don’t, you can send it back to us within 15 days of receipt and you will get an exchange item or store credit.

KOEL

KOEL is a small all-female business, run by and named after Konstantina and Eleni. They were both born and raised in Crete, surrounded by art and design, that influenced both their studies, their view of the world and their sense of space and volume.

Katerina loves to create free-form jewelry, completely by hand and she considers them sculptures that adorn the body. Eleni, on the other hand, loves structure and geometric designs.

In their workshop in Crete, they design and create their products in the most ethical and sustainable way. They strive to have zero-waste production, working only for pre-ordered items so they don’t have over-stock and waste. Their attention to sustainability is also obvious in the packaging of their jewelry that has no plastic parts or laminations.
