A gorgeous piece of pottery, handmade by a fourth generation ceramist in Naxos island. A square bowl made of red clay and glazed with turquoise enamel in pastel shades. Use it to serve or decorate.
Like all the pieces of Manolis Libertas, this bowl has been shaped by hand, dried for one day in the workshop, then left two more days in the Naxos sun to dry further and rubbed with a sponge for the surface to become totally smooth. Then it was fired in the kiln for about 6 hours, painted and covered in enamel so it can get back in the kiln for another 8 hours. After 24 hours the bowl had been cooled down and was ready to be used.
